Kütlelerin kaydırılmasıyla elde edilen bu kurgu, her mekânda manzarayla güçlü bir ilişki kurarken, yaşam alanlarını da net bir şekilde ayrıştırıyor.

MARAVILLAS VILLA | ÇEŞME, 2015
Located on the hills of Mamurbaba in Çeşme, Maravillas Villa was designed with an architectural approach based on two main axes, aiming to strengthen the relationship between the house, its surroundings, and the unique panorama.
While the ground floor aligns with the main road axis to create open and continuous living spaces, the upper floor is oriented toward the sea and nature, providing high privacy for the bedrooms.
The shifting of volumes allows uninterrupted views from every space while clearly separating private and social areas, resulting in a spatial experience defined by light, openness, and landscape.
