Yaklaşık 350 m² kapalı alanda; iç mekân organizasyonu, cephe kompozisyonu ve peyzaj tasarımı entegre bir tasarım yaklaşımıyla ele alındı. Plan şeması sadeleştirilerek mekânsal süreklilik artırıldı; malzeme seçimi üst segment, yalın ve zamansız bir dil hedefiyle oluşturuldu. Doğal ışık kullanımı, geçirgenlik ve fonksiyonel verimlilik temel tasarım kriterleri olarak benimsendi.
Cephede güncel ve dengeli bir mimari dil oluşturulurken; peyzajda iç-dış mekân ilişkisini güçlendiren süreklilik esas alındı.
Proje, etkin proje yönetimi ve uygulama koordinasyonu ile 4 ayda tamamlandı.

Located on the seafront in Mavişehir, İzmir, U.Evi is an existing villa comprehensively reimagined through a renovation process shaped by its user profile.
Comprising approximately 350 sqm of enclosed space, the project adopts an integrated design approach encompassing interior organization, façade articulation, and landscape strategy. The plan was simplified to enhance spatial continuity, while material selections were carefully curated to establish a refined, high-end, and timeless architectural language. Natural light, permeability, and functional efficiency were defined as key design drivers.
The façade was reinterpreted with a contemporary and balanced expression, while the landscape design reinforces a seamless relationship between interior and exterior spaces.
The project was completed within 4 months through precise project management and coordinated execution.
